The importance of sleep.

Sleep is the single most important function to the human body.

I'm sure you have felt it the amazing morning feeling where your ready to tackle the day and anything it throws at you. Then theres the days where it's hard to think. We've all been there which is why we've put together this list to help you sleep better.


1. Going to bed at the same time

Going to bed at the same time everyday sets you up for success. Your body knows that it is time to start relaxing and winding down. Stay consistent  and stick to the same 1 hour bedtime frame each day.


2. Warm shower before bed

Having a warm shower before bed has scientifically proven benefits to help you fall asleep and stay asleep by raising your internal body temperature to the correct temperature for sleeping.


3. Winding down one hour before bed

Winding down an hour before bed time means it's time to relax, kickback and not do much. Too much stimulation before bed can cause you to stay up too late and have a lighter less nourishing sleep.


4. Chamomile
